I would like to invite you to a seminar I will be teaching at Heian Karate-Do in Flushing, MI, USA, over the weekend of July 1st and 2nd. We will be covering practical application for the Pinan/Heian series of kata, how to do kata bunkai (form analysis) as a process, kakedameshi (sticky hands sparring), realistic self-defense, and groundwork from a striker's perspective.
