This is the 2nd in a series of DVDs recording the practical karate & kata application seminars of Iain Abernethy 5th Dan. This DVD features Iain's seminar on the 28th of May 2005 in Coventry, UK.

At this very popular seminar Iain gave detailed instruction on the following topics:
